The following rules are designed for the safety of everyone. Failure to abide by these rules may result in eviction without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation.

Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am |

Speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH |

Children are to be supervised and parents must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guest's children. Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. California law requires all bicycle riders to wear a helmet if they are under 18. Unfortunately, roller blades, roller skates and skateboards just don't mix well with large vehicles, therefore these activities are not allowed. |

This is a private RV Park. Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our customers and their guests or for loss due to fire or theft. There is a $50.00 repair or replacement charge for damages done to water faucets, cable TV or electric boxes. |

Pets are welcome. They must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and under the physical control of the handler. Please clean up after your pets immediately. Pets are not allowed in Bathrooms or the laundry rooms. Do not leave pets in your RV or car unattended. Excessively barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed. No pet cages, kennels or pens are allowed. |

RV sites are to be kept clean and tidy, as determined by management. No clotheslines/laundry to be hung outside the RV. Dispose of garbage in bins provided. Keep garbage bin lids closed. |

Laundry and Restrooms - Please leave them as you would like to find them. We take pride in our cleanliness. These areas are not playgrounds for children. |

Smoking is not allowed in any park buildings. |
|
No unauthorized soliciting or selling of goods is allowed in the park at any time. |
| Checkout time is promptly at 12:00 noon. Please make sure to drop off your site pass at the office gate upon departure. |
| Please be sure to run off the circuit breaker before plugging in or unplugging |
| Pre-register your guests at the office for them to be able to come into the park. |
| There is a minimum daily fee of $5.00 per guest vehicle day or night. |
| Guests visiting two hours or less will be refunded their guest fee. |
| Washing of RV's or vehicles is NOT allowed at campsite. |
| We do not receive mail for visitors at the park. |
| You may receive packages at your site from UPS or FedEx. |
| There is a quarter machine located in the Laundromat. |
| We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they are not cooperative. According to CA penal code "anyone who absconds, vandalizes or attempts to defraud the park by not paying their fees, may be subject to prosecution". |
